Chris Jarrell is an expert residential and commercial real estate agent with over 19 years of real estate experience. After achieving her MBA in finance from Ohio University, she worked in real estate development completing lease CAM calculations for several regional shopping malls. She then moved into the Cleveland banking industry as a commercial real estate lender, later becoming more focused in the community development arena, underwriting low income housing and historic tax credit deals as well as minority-owned business investments around the country. Overall project risk assessment, vested partner presentations and consultations, and ongoing project asset management were daily activities, either directly or partnering with various, community development organizations, and regional or national syndicators. Chris earned her Ohio sales agent license in 2008 and since that time has represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Chris also completed training to achieve a coveted RENE designation: a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. She is regularly engaged by local banks to conduct interim real estate evaluations and has served her community as a member of the Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals since 2009. Chris’s extensive background and knowledge of real estate led her to achieve a state of Ohio Brokers license and she is now the Owner/Broker of All Access Realty in Painesville OH, recruiting, training and leading new and seasoned sales agents who focus on and facilitate both residential and commercial real estate transactional activities. She is passionate about her community and works zealously to instill this devotion throughout the organization for the betterment of the neighborhoods and the residents therein:

Tony Centanne brings his experience as a business owner, commercial and residential landlord, and real estate investor.
